COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records pertaining to the complaint pending in S.T.C.Nos.1786, 1784 and 1787 of 2021 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, II Fast Track Court, Allikulam, Egmore and quash the same. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the complainant has not appeared before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, II Fast Track Court, Allikulam, Egmore and hence, the learned Magistrate had dismissed the complaint on the ground of non-appearance of the complainant under Section 256 of Cr.P.C and the complaint in S.T.C.Nos.1786, 1784 and 1787 of 2021 have been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in these petitions.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court II, Allikulam, Egmore.
