2. The present civil revision petitions are filed against the orders passed in IA.Nos.7763 of 2012 and 12332 of 2012 in OS.No.3007 of 2012 on the file of the XVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

3. This court directed the Registry to ascertain whether the suit in OS.No.3007 of 2012 on the file of the XVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court is still pending. Accordingly, a report was received from the Sheristadar, City Civil Court, Chennai stating that the suit in OS.No.3007 of 2012 was disposed of on 09.10.2012. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present civil revision petitions.
