C.M.P.No.10519 of 2024 in S.A.No.1159 of 2012 K.RAJASEKAR,J.

This petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 3 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant namely Janaki and rank them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Since this Court has set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole appellant namely Janaki in S.A.No.1159/2012 vide C.M.P.No.10516 of 2024, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 3 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant namely Janaki and rank them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above Second Appeal is allowed.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
