ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 30.01.2012, made in W.P.No.3068 of 2011, has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Today, it is reported by Mr.S.Y.Masood, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ learned counsel for the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu that after

the order passed by me, several hearings took place in February, March, April, July, August and October 2012. But, by January 2013, the statutory period of one year had elapsed and hence, the papers have been forwarded to the Bar Council of India. There is nothing that the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu can do now.

3. In view of the above, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the Bar Council of India, this contempt petition is closed.
