(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the applicants and Mr.J.A.S.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the non-applicants.

2. Learned counsel for the non-applicants opposes the applications for condonation of delay and submits that in fact, the certified copy of the impugned order was ready long back and the appellants obtained it late. No sufficient cause is mentioned for the delay.

3. We have gone through the applications and the accompanying affidavits. The administrative reasons are mentioned. The order

cancelling patta has been set aside by the learned Single Judge. The Government was not to gain by causing delay.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, the delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. The applications are allowed and disposed of.

5. Place the appeals for admission on 10.08.2023. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A.,J.) 20.07.2023 kpl
