Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conclude the proceedings in Ref.11645/a2/2018 and pass suitable orders in respect of petitioner representation dated 04.03.2019 in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to conclude the proceedings which is now pending in Ref.11645/M2/2018. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that the second respondent is yet to settle certain legal dues to the workers. In spite of the same, steps are being taken to dispose of the entire property. The petitioner had made a representation to the first respondent not to permit the sale of the properties without settling the statutory dues to the employees. Pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the first respondent had initiated proceedings Ref.11645/M2/2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

According to the petitioner, he was called for enquiry and he has also given his statement and in spite of the same, no final orders have been passed in the proceedings and therefore, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate direction.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conclude the proceedings in Ref.11645/M2/2018, after giving sufficient opportunity to the second respondent and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with a copy of this order. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
