It is brought to notice that appeals in W.A. No. 682 of 2023 etc., batch relating to the same controversy involved are pending before the Division Bench of the Court and that there may be common adjudication of these cases in order to avoid multiplicity of proceedings.

Registry is directed to place the papers before the Hon'ble Chief Justice for obtaining necessary orders for tagging this Writ Petition along with W.A. No. 682 of 2023 etc., batch to be heard together before the concerned Division Bench of the Court.
