ORDER

As per the order passed by this Court dated 06.12.2024, the Suit which was pending on the file of the I Additional District Court, Kuzhithurai in O.S. No.131 of 2024 was transferred to this Court and re-numbered as C.S. No.56 of 2025 to try along with the Suit in C.S. No.150 of 2024 pending before this Court. Both the Suits have to be tried together. Already the said Suit pending

before this Court in C.S. No.150 of 2024 was dismissed as 'withdrawn'. Therefore, the present Suit in C.S. No.56 of 2025 which was transferred from the file of I Additional District Court, Kuzhithurai has to be re-transferred to the Principal District Court, Kanyakumari for disposal in accordance with law.

2. Therefore, the Suit in C.S. No.56 of 2025 is transferred to the file of Principal District Court, Kanyakumari for disposal in accordance with law. The Registry is directed to transfer the case to the Principal District Court, Kanyakumari without any delay.
