Mr.K.J.Sivakumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the appeal dated 20.09.2016, preferred by the petitioner against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 27.04.2016.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said appeal has not been disposed of, so far. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, only with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
