This writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 20.09.2023 directing the first respondent Labour Court to dispose of the industrial dispute in I.D. Nos.79,80 and 81 of of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.
Unable to dispose of the industrial dispute within the stipulated time, citing certain reasons, the Labour Court has sought extension of time vide letter dated 08.04.2024 and hence, this matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time".

Acceding to the request made by the learned Presiding Officer, I Additional Labour Court, Chennai, the time frame for disposal of the industrial dispute in I.D.Nos.79,80 and 81 of 2013 is extended by three months from the date of the letter, i.e. 08.04.2024.
