ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2019 and provide the assured balance amount of Rs.1,00,702/- along with 12% interest from 08.12.2015 to till date to the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has deposited a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in the respondents' bank on 29.06.2007, upon confirmation that the said amount would be returned at a sum of Rs.10,06,567/- upon maturity. It is further the case of the peittioner that upon maturity the respondents have created a sum of Rs.9,05,865/- leaving a balance of Rs.1,00,702/-. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 07.11.2019, which is unresponded till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking the relief stated supra.

3. Though very many grounds has been raised in the above writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2019 and pass appropriate orders within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2/5

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for the said order being passed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the petitioner to send a copy of the representation dated 07.11.2019 along with a copy of this order to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same the respondents shall consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2019, if not already considered on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the aggrieved persons if any within a period of twelve

(12) weeks thereafter.
