Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 08.04.2015 sent by the petitioner to remove the commercial complex constructed by the 3rd respondent in the playground allotted to the school at Marapettai Middle School, Pollachi within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims that he is a resident of Marapettaiveethi, Pollachi, Coimbatore District and nearby his residence, the third respondent has constructed a commercial complex in the playground of Marrapettai Middle School and in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 08.04.2015 to the respondents for removal of the said construction and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.C.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondents. 4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2015, after putting on notice to the owner of the commercial complex, as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
