A.No.1169 of of 2024 in CS.DRNo.22665 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking leave to the plaintiff to sue in respect of the suit properties which are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed predominantly for partition.

Considering the fact that most of the properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court except, items 2 & 3 of Schedule A and 2 of Schedule B are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court and also the defendants are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is ordered as prayed for.
