(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Sathia Chandran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for the first respondent and Mr.M.C.Swamy, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent submits that for the past three years, examination is conducted through their own Department. However, this year, the Government has taken a policy decision of issuing common e-tender. Relevant Government Order has been issued in the year 2023.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.6563 and 6565 of 2019 are closed.

4. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner is at liberty to assail the same as may be permissible under law. (S.V.G., CJ.)
