ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to conduct an investigation into the mysterious death of the petitioner's brother Anbarasu, S/o.Rajendran, at Dubai Airport on 06.10.2013 and directing the respondents to take immediate steps to bring the dead body of the petitioner's brother Anbarasu, S/o. Rajendran from Dubai to Tamilnadu and hand over the dead body to petitioner/his parents.

It is represented that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this present petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
