2.When the writ petitions were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, all these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
