(CRIME NO.311 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that to report before the learned Judge, Mahila Court (FTC), Namakkal daily at 10.30 am till the completion of trial in the order dated 20.11.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.31132 of 2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.NALLIYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the learned Judge, Mahila Court (FTC), Namakkal, daily at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of trial.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31132 of 2019, dated 20.11.2019.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31132 of 2019, dated 20.11.2019, stands unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
