It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that initially a petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.178 of 2015 and now a regular FIR has been registered in Crime No.848 of 2015 for the offences under Section 294(B), 323 of I.P.C., on the complaint given by Meharunissa, the daughter of the petitioner.
