This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct "Eruthu Vidum Vizha" particularly on 29.02.2024 or any other dates in the 1st week of March from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at Kalnarasampatti Village, Pudupettai Post, located at Natrampalli Taluk, Thiruppattur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor who took notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the representation made by the petitioner on 24.02.2024 has been considered and a decision has also been taken and the same will be conveyed to the petitioner by the end of next week.
