BHARATHIDASAN, J (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to appear before the Chengalpet Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has appeared from 02.02.2021 to 27.02.2021 and thereafter he is not appearing.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.782 of 2021, dated 27.01.2021, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police from 01.04.2021 to 30.04.2021 and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
