PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order of suspension passed by the 2nd respondent in Memo.No.09268/Adm.III/A.I/2012 dated 08.05.2012 and consequential order of rejection of revocation of suspension in Memo.No.09268/Adm.III/A.I/2012 dated 08.06.2012 and quash the same.

The order of suspension is put under challenge in the present writ petition.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that pending the writ petition, a departmental action was initiated against the petitioner and ultimately, he was dismissed from services on 03.09.2019.
