Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to receive payment from the petitioner as per G.O.Ms.No.565 dated 26.09.2008 passed by the 1st respondent under the innocent buyers category and regularize the lands in S.F.No.95/3, Ganapathi Village, Coimbatore District based on the G.O.Ms.No.649 dated 29.07.1998 as per the petitioner application dated 26.04.2017 within stipulated fixed by this Hon'ble Court. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider her application dated 26.04.2017, wherein and whereby, she sought for regularising the purchase of land by the petitioner under the Innocent Buyers Category by placing reliance on the order passed by the Government in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

G.O.No.565 Revenue Department dated 26.09.2008.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application has not been considered so far.

4. Needless to say that it is for the first respondent to consider the said request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law also by taking note of the above said G.O. relied on by the petitioner provided the said G.O. is applicable to the case of the petitioner in all four corners. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
