"The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the CRP with liberty to move appeal before DRAT. The petitioner may be permitted to take back the original order dated 8.1.13 in M.P.127/12."

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate judicial forum as per law and is permitted to take back the original order, after retaining a copy of the impugned order, as prayed for.
