CMP Nos.5941, 5942 and 5943 of 2019 have been filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 855 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 12th respondent Lalithamma; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 12th respondent and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 12th respondent as respondents 24 to 27 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
