This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members with one Sankar, son of Ramalingam, the petitioner's brother son.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that earlier on the complaint given by one Ganesan, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.G1/349/005994/2022 by the second respondent and the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
has been closed on 11.03.2022. However, he would submit that an enquiry is pending on the file of Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell. He would further submit that as of now no case is pending against the petitioner before the second respondent and the respondents are not harassing the petitioner. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the second respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
