O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders passed in IA.No.579 of 2008 in OS.No.57 of 1997 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sathyamangalam.

2. No appearance on behalf of the revision petitioner. The 2/4

learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents is present.

3. The Registry was directed to ascertain whether the suit in OS.No.57 of 1997 is still pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sathyamangalam. Accordingly, a report was called for from the District Munsif Court, Sathyamangalam. The e-mail sent from the District Munsif Court, Sathyamangalam shows that OS.No. 57 of 1997 was already disposed of. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

4. In the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
