1.The applicant seeks a mandatory interim injunction to participate in the Annual Ordinary Congress/Annual General Body Meeting of the first respondent i.e., the Tamil Nadu Football Association.

2.Clearly, the applicant is not entitled to a mandatory injunction till such time the suspension order is intact. 3.Notice has been issued in O.A.No.719 of 2016, which deals with the suspension order dated 20.05.2016.

3.1 Therefore, the prayer made in this application, at this juncture, cannot be granted.
