This application is filed by the applicant / defendant to condone the delay of 12 days in representing the papers relating to filing of the application to seek condonation of delay in filing written statement.

2. The other side has not seriously objected.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and considering the number of days delay and in order to give fair chance to the defendant to defend the case to meet the ends of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this application.
