Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass order for total relaxation of the condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further order and pass such or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.R.SHANMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.24345 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
