Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 04.03.2015 and 17.03.2015.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.Petitioner would state that he a Member of the Electorate in respect of Ward No.140, Zone-X, Corporation of Chennai and the eighth respondent has contested for the Member of the local body election in the Corporation of Chennai and at the time of filing the nomination, he suppressed his employment in Bharat Scouts and Guides, Tamil Nadu at Venlock Park, Kamarajar Salai, Chennai as Junior Assistant and further stated that he has also mis-appropriated the funds and in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 17.03.2015 to the respondents and though the first respondent has received the same on 19.03.2015, he has not been favoured with any response, and therefore came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.A.

Ilaya Perumal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Nedunchezhian, learned counsel who accepts notice for the first respondent, Mr.Durai Solaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice for the second respondent and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel who accepts notice for the respondents 3 to 7.

4.This Court without going into the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2015 in accordance with law, after putting on notice to the eighth respondent and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the eighth respondent.
