This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents herein to call for certificate verification on the basis of 1:2 instead of 1:1 ratio for the appointment as Post Graduate Assistant pursuant to the written examination conducted on 21.07.2013. 2.

Initially, the writ petition was filed through a counsel. Subsequently, the petitioner had withdrawn his consent and he appeared in person. Thereafter, he failed to appear before this Court. Though this Court sent notice to the petitioner, no one responded till today. 3.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
