The grievance of the petitioner is that, he has given a complaint against the respondents 3 to 8 herein, and during the enquiry, the 2nd respondent had sought for some clarification from the 1st respondent, that was not furnished. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing, it was stated that the complaint has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Thiruvanmiyur Police Station. Hence, learned Government Advocate was directed to get instructions regarding status of complaint.

3. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate, on instructions from the Inspector of Police, Thiruvanmiyur Police Station, would submit that, after the enquiry, the petitioner's complaint has been closed. That was disputed by Mr.Sriramulu, learned counsel appearing for petitioner.

4. In the above circumstances, the Inspector of Police, Thiruvanmiyur Police Station, Chennai, is suo motu impleaded as party respondent in this Writ Petition and he is directed to file a status report regarding the status of complaint on 29.07.2021. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ 1/2

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 29.07.2021 under the caption "for orders".
