O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents contended that the suit in O.S.No.12766 of 2009 on the file of the XVIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, was disposed of on 13.07.2016. The Civil Revision Petitioner sought time to verify the same. This Court directed the Registry to get the status report of O.S.No.12766 of 2009 on the file of the XVIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. Accordingly, the Registry received the status report from the Registrar City Civil Court, Chennai stating that O.S.No.12766 of 2009 was disposed of on 13.07.2016 itself. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this present Civil Revision Petition.

2.Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
