Challenging the entry made by the 2nd respondent as per the order of the 1st respondent in Encumbrance Certificate dated 27.01.2020, in respect of property in resurvey Nos.48/1, 48/2 to an extent of 1800 sq.ft. situated at Mukasi Pulavanpalayam Village, Perundurai, this writ petition has been filed.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4
