This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the order dated 09.12.2024 passed in S.T.C.No.11143 of 2023, the complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, by the learned XX-Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore @ Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 10 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
