This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m, until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.19000 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24773 of 2023 dated 05.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. 1st week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
