The petitioner has preferred this Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 31/3/2011, made in I.A.No.896 of 2002 in C.M.A.C.F.R.No.15694 of 2002, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 25/4/2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court had directed the Registry to post this matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 26/4/2022. Even on 26/4/2022, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter anymore.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
