This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 3rd respondent to thoroughly investigate and register the complaint dated 12.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending on the complaint given by this petitioner. Allegation of the petition is that his wife's photo has been morphed and has been posted in a pornographic website. Since the allegations are very serious, the respondent Police is directed to conduct an enquiry expeditiously.
