This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, report before the concerned court on every Monday till the completion of the trial on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16944 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20842 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
