Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 21.08.2014 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/1935/2013 dated 30.12.2013 to that effect.
