When the matter is taken up today, the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.02.2021 was enquired and the case has been closed as civil in nature.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.
2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to furnish copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report before the jurisdictional Court.
