This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.29/2015 dated 29.01.2015 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No. 29 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4.
