Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 12.03.2019 made in P.G. Appeal No.12 of 2016 from the file of the first respondent, to quash the same and thereby confirm the order dated 04.11.2015 passed by the second respondent in P.G.No.2 of 2015.

With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Pending the writ petition, both the parties have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves, whereby the Management had accepted the demand of Rs.1,25,000/- made by the workmen as a full and final settlement of all his dues, which is the subject matter of this writ petition.

3. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the petitioner-Management is call upon to settle the sum of Rs.1,25,000/- to the third respondent herein, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
