Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order of this Court within the stipulated time in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18490 of 2013 dated 17.02.2017. O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 17.02.2017 in W.P.No.18490 of 2013, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied with, by the respondent and also produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Revenue Officer in Na.Ka. No.17343/2011/N3 dated 20.01.2018, before this Court.

3. The proceedings of the District Revenue Officer in Na.Ka. No.17343/2011/N3 dated 20.01.2018 shall form part of the record. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate and the proceedings dated 20.01.2018, the Contempt Petition is closed.
