Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Notification issued by the 2nd Respondent in Advertisement No.1/2015 dated 03.06.2015 for direct recruitment for the post of Assistant Professors (27) and Librarian (1) in Sir Theagaray College, Chennai-21 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to call for fresh applications, commerce the selection, fill up the posts of Assistant Professors by continuing the roster from the last roster point selection took place in 2010 and make appointment to various faculties.
