(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 and Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3.

2.The case of the petitioner is that illegal construction has been put up by second and third respondents at 390, Edaiyur Street (Krishna Street), Ward No.80, Coimbatore 641 001 and the petitioner is praying that direction be issued to the first respondent Corporation to initiate action against the said illegal construction.

3.The learned counsel for the first respondent Corporation states that locking and sealing notice dated 10.06.2019 has been issued by the first respondent Corporation to respondent nos.2 and 3. The learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 also admits that the locking and sealing notice has been received by respondent nos.2 and 3.

4.Thus, it is seen that the first respondent Corporation is taking steps in relation to the illegal construction. In such case, no further orders are necessary.
