] Though this petition is filed seeking to fix an early date for final disposal of Habeas Corpus Petition in H.C.P.No.50 of 2024, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are six adverse cases as against the petitioner herein.

2.We find that there is no urgency in this matter, and hence, the petition is liable to be dismissed.

3.Accordingly, the writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

4. Post the H.C.P.No.50 of 2024 in the regular course.
