No.15180 of 2009 by disbursing the petitioners provident Fund Contributions and Gratuity amount, along with applicable statutory interest within such time frame.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that though as early as on 04.04.2019 in W.P.No.15180 of 2009, the respondents were directed to consider the petitioner's request for payment of his contribution to the provident fund and gratuity within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of that order copy and the same has not been considered till date.

2.The above said order would read as follows: "6. The learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct the second respondent to pay the petitioner his contribution to the provident fund and gratuity. If the petitioner is entitled to get gratuity and his contribution to the provident fund, the same shall be paid by the second respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

3.Therefore, in the light of the above, this writ petition is allowed and the first respondent shall pass orders as directed in the order dated 04.04.2019 made
