O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would submit a report from the Local Authority https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ regarding the stability of the building.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the Respondents submits that as and when the report of the Local Authority is produced by the petitioner, appropriate orders may be passed by the second Respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate, it is made clear that as and when the petitioner produced such a report from the Local Authority as required in the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.11308/A3/2015, dated 25.04.2016, the second respondent will have to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
