Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent confirms that subsequent to Award passed by the learned Arbitrator, the account has also been settled. It is therefore submitted that the order of attachment passed by the learned Arbitrator on 29.08.2018 under Section 17 may be lifted. 2.
